We collect as little as possible, and only to give you gift recommendations.

What we collect

The answers you give about the gift recipient (for example interests and preferences), and — only if you buy the Private Gift Edit — your email address and payment confirmation from our payment processor, Stripe. We never see your card details.

How we use it

Your answers are sent to our AI provider to generate recommendations. Please don’t include sensitive information such as health details or full names and addresses of the recipient.

How long we keep it

Free recommendation answers are not stored against you. Paid gift reports are kept for 90 days so you can return to them, then deleted.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that do not identify you personally.

Your rights

You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time. Contact details will be published here before launch.
